Terms of Use

These terms cover the use of eony.com and the member portal, run by EONY, LLC (“EONY”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. Your office, day office, conference room or virtual office service itself is governed by the agreement or booking terms you accept for it; if they conflict with these terms, that agreement wins.

Bookings and payments

Bookings made on the site are confirmed when you receive our confirmation. Prices shown are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; card payments may carry the processing fee shown before you pay. Where you've authorized automatic payment, we charge your saved bank account or card on each invoice's due date, and you can change or remove the saved method in your account. Cancellation and refund terms are shown with each booking.

Your account

Keep your login private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for bookings and payments made through your account. People you add to your company's account can book and see invoices on its behalf.

Electronic signatures

Agreements can be signed on this site electronically. By signing, you agree that your electronic signature is as binding as a handwritten one, and that we may keep a record of the signed document, the time, and the network address it was signed from.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to access other people's accounts or data, no automated scraping, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Content and liability

The site's content, photos and branding belong to EONY. The site is provided as is; we do our best to keep it accurate and available but don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
