Booking a desk takes about as long as ordering a coffee:
- ✓Choose Desk, then the day — or a run of consecutive days, up to a month.
- ✓Choose how many desks (up to six). It's $45 per desk per day.
- ✓Pay by card and get a receipt and calendar invite by email.
- ✓Arrive from 9:00 AM with a photo ID. The front desk shows you to your desk.
Desk or private office?
A desk is the cheapest way to get out of the house or the café and into a proper office — ideal for heads-down work, a train layover, or a day in the city between meetings. If you'll be on calls all day, or need privacy for clients, book a private office by the day instead. And if you need a big table for an hour, book a conference room.

469 7th Avenue is at West 36th Street, a straight walk north from Penn Station and Moynihan Train Hall — easy from the LIRR, NJ Transit, Amtrak, the A/C/E and 1/2/3, and the PATH at 33rd Street. Same-day bookings are open until noon, so you can book from the train.
