The whole thing takes a couple of minutes on the website:
- ✓Choose your first day, then (optionally) the last day — consecutive days are booked as one run, up to a month.
- ✓Pick an office from those free on every one of your days. Prices are per office, per day, and shown before you pay.
- ✓Pay by card. You get a receipt and a calendar invite straight away.
- ✓Arrive at 469 7th Avenue, 12th floor, from 9:00 AM. Bring a photo ID and the front desk gives you your key.
Same-day and multi-day bookings
You can book for today until noon, and up to 60 days ahead. A run of days has to start on a weekday, when the front desk is in to hand over your key — after that, weekend days in the run are yours too, using that key. If you only need a seat rather than a whole room, a desk in a shared office costs $45/day.
Who books an office for the day
Consultants meeting clients in Midtown, lawyers and accountants who need privacy for a few hours, recruiters running back-to-back interviews, and teams in from Long Island or New Jersey for a day together.
