Privacy Policy
Executive Offices of New York (EONY, LLC, “we”) runs this website and the member portal at eony.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
Contact details you give us when you book a room or office, schedule a tour, sign up for a virtual office, or contact us: your name, company, email address and phone number.
Account information for members: your login (email, or a Google or Microsoft account you link), your bookings, your invoices and payment history, and any license agreement you sign with us, including your electronic signature and the time and network address it was made from.
Payment detailsare collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor, not by us. We keep only a description of the saved method (for example “Visa ending 4242”) and whether automatic payment is on.
Mail handling for virtual office and office members: the names mail may arrive under and your forwarding address, if you use that service.
How we use it
To provide the services you've asked for: reserving rooms and offices, sending booking confirmations and invoices, charging payments you've authorized, handling your mail, and answering your enquiries. We also use it to keep our accounting records, which we maintain in QuickBooks.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business, only for that purpose: Stripe (payments), Microsoft 365 (email and calendars), Google (sign-in, if you choose it), Vercel and Supabase (hosting and database), Intuit QuickBooks (accounting), and Anthropic (reading payment images staff upload). We share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
Bookings, invoices, payments and signed agreements are business records and are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes, generally seven years. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted within two years.
Cookies
The website uses a cookie to keep you signed in to the member portal and the staff portal. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can see and update your account details, saved payment method and mail preferences in your member account. To correct or delete information, or to ask what we hold about you, email info@eony.com or call 212.359.9500.
